If you need to cancel your order or change it for any reason simply contact us on 0756 282 611 or via email at sales@rapidled.com.au someone from our sales team will be able to assist you with your request.

To return a product for whatever reason just fill in the details on our Warranty Product Return Form and submit it to us, we will come back to you within 24-48 business hours to finalise the process and arrange the return and product return, alternatively give us a call on 0756 282 611 and one of our team members will be able to assist.

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day, if you are located between the Sunshine coast in QLD and Sydney metro NSW estimated delivery of your order is the next business day. Outside those areas please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order. If you need your order sooner give us a call to discuss overnight express freight (we may need to pass on any additional express freight charges). If you live local you can always collect from our warehouse – located on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Cairns.

(Please note as we do use 3^rd party transport the time frames specified are general turnaround times – sometimes unforeseen issues arrive which are out of our hands which could cause delays however we will ensure your order is dispatched on time as outlined above)

Absolutely! Rapid LED Pty Ltd provides a comprehensive warranty for all its products with some covered for up to 5 years. This warrants the product to be free from any manufacturing fault or defect in materials and/or workmanship as specified for each product. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product with the same or a similar product. Please check with one of our sales staff or the product information sheet to ensure you have selected the correct product for the application.
